Distinguished from the standard U50 S by a link blue-to-black gradient dial link and the omission of the usual red dial accents, the U50 S BS's dial is a very warm, almost bright blue and the gradient doesn't come to full effect until the very link outer edges of the dial. While blue gradient dials are far from rare, even on dive watches, I really like Sinn's execution for this as it helps the bright white dial markings stand out, while the dial seems to blend into the black base of the case and bezel.
